Want to create a personalized bracelet but don’t need the whole kit? We’ve got you covered!
 
Once you place your order, we’ll email you an order form and an image of the bead chart that you can share with friends and family (make sure to check your junk mail).
 
Once all of the beads have been picked, fill out the form and we’ll create the bracelet for you and send it, a bead chart, extra elastic, and a poem card with a personalized note, to the recipient.
 
Note: For the Mother Blessed Poem Card, if you just want to change "Mother" to "Grandmother" ( or Oma, Nana, etc.), you don't need to select the "Custom Poem Card" option. Still select the "Mother Blessed" poem card and indicate the name change in the form where you place your bead selection.
